Open Clip
This the most basic clip in the range though will most likely be the one used the most, this is attached to the lower beam allowing pipes to to pass through the joists void as the the weight of the pipe will be bearing down there is no need to a locking mechanism
Locking Clip
This clip is designed to further secure pipe work and allow pipes to be clipped to the underside of the upper beam, with out them popping out when pipe work become hot.
Adjustable Clip
This clip makes it easy and fast to allow cross overs of pipe work.
Other Applications.
These clips can also be used in place of the existing clips on solid wooden joists under floors. This would give further benefits as the pipe would then be spaced off of the notched timber and therefore hair felt lagging would not have to be laid between the pipe and the joist to stop it squeaking when the pipe expands and contacts as it heats and cools, meaning a further material and labour saving.
Supply Chain
I am currently in talks with plastic pipe manufacturers and fixings company’s to negotiate a Licence agreement for them to manufacturer and distribute these clips throughout the UK plumbing, heating and builders merchants.
I am also seeking to do the same with a cable or electrical parts manufacturer, so that they can be supplied throughout the the UK’s electrical distributors network.
